Spider-Man 3 PS3 ROM game is a video game based on the Spider-Man 3 film and released for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, PlayStation 2, Nintendo DS and Game Boy Advance.

The plot of the game follows that of the film. However several deviations were made to allow for more open-ended gameplay. Harry Osborn returns as Green Goblin, this time seeking revenge against Peter Parker for his father’s death. New York City is under attack from Sandman while Venom has taken control of Daily Bugle reporter Eddie Brock Jr.
Mary Jane Watson is also kidnapped by Venom early in the game. While Spider-Man manages to stop Sandman and rescue Mary Jane, he fails to prevent Harry from killing Norman Osborn during their final battle atop Oscorp Tower.
The ending sees Spider-Man successfully thwarting Venom’s plan to take over Manhattan but at great cost. Gwen Stacy dies after being thrown off Oscorp Tower by Venom whereas Peter barely saves Mary Jane from falling off herself (the same event which kills Gwen).
In an epilogue set some time later it is shown that both Peter and MJ are dealing with their loss in different ways. MJ has become withdrawn whilst Peter has created a new suit which features mechanical wings allowing him to fly around New York City freely (a nod to The Amazing Spider Man #666 comic book).
